What are your stencils made from?
Our stencils are industry standard milky mylar material. The vast majority of our stencil designs are cut from thicker 7.5mil mylar.
Mylar is very durable, meaning that you can use your stencils successfully and indefinitely as long as you clean and store them properly.
Can I order a custom designed products?
We offer custom designed product services and in custom sizes. Send your request details to contact@stencilspark.com and we will get back to you with a quote within 2-4 business days.
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and AfterPay.
At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not offer international shipping at the moment. We shall update our website when Internation shipping is supported.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
What if I want to cancel or change my order?
We are happy to help if you would like to change your order but please note that order changes, additions, or cancellations are possible ONLY IF we receive your request before your order has been processed/fulfilled.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the couriers website.
